• 20 Vittoria tomatoes
  • 200g of barrel-aged feta, cut into 20 cubes
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic vinegar, to drizzle
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

    Remove the tomatoes from the vine and wash. Halve and lay out the tomatoes, feta cubes and basil leaves on separate plates.

    Build your skewers using cocktail sticks. Start with a tomato half, then add a folded basil leaf and a feta cube.

    Arrange on a serving platter and, once complete, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil and season to taste.
