2 packs of Mission deli mini plain tortillas

2 packs of Plant Pioneer fishless fingers

4 tablespoons of Hellmann’s vegan mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of capers

juice from 1/2 lemon

1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped finely

1 small gherkin, finely diced

1 teaspoon of chipotle chilli paste

1/4 red cabbage, shredded

1/4 white cabbage, shredded

1 medium sized carrot, peeled and thinly sliced

1 small apple, thinly sliced

2 avocados, sliced

1 lime, cut into wedges

pinch of chilli flakes

Begin by making the chipotle tartar slaw. In a bowl combine the vegan mayonnaise, capers, chipotle paste, dill, gherkin and lemon juice. Next add the shredded red and white cabbage, carrot and apple and combine.

Cook the fishless fingers to the packet instruction

Load the mini tortillas with the chipotle tartar slaw, fishless fingers, avocado slices and garnish with a squeeze of lime and pinch of chilli flakes.
