In a food processor, blitz the oats until fine, with a texture similar to flour.
Add the milk alternative and banana – blitz again until the batter is thick and smooth.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and add a tablespoon of the batter, one at a time.
Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side or flip them over when bubbles start to surface.
