Bill Granger's tropical fruit salad with mint and passion syrup from Sainsbury's magazine is a fabulously fresh summer delight
Scoop the passionfruit pulp into a bowl. Add the lime juice, sugar and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add the chopped mint.
Toss the prepared fruit in the syrup. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
