• 320g (1 pack) fresh British chicken green Thai mini fillet
  • 10g fresh parsley
  • 10g coriander
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • half a cucumber
  • half a carrot - cut into ribbons using a peeler
  • a squeeze of lime
  • 1 spring onion - finely sliced
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

    Pre-heat oven to 180c fan, cook the chicken to the pack instructions

    Prepare the bread roll, bu cutting down the long edge 

  3. 3

    Spread over a teaspoon of mayonnaise, and add a few ribbons of carrot and cucumber

  4. 4

    next add a few sprigs of the parsley and coriander, then add the chicken once cooled slightly 

  5. 5

    top the chicken with bean sprouts, a squeeze of lime and some finely sliced spring onion and a few more sprigs of the herbs. And enjoy!
