An excellent way to spruce up the normal sandwich, use these Thai-style mini fillets, along with plenty of parsley and coriander, and bean sprouts for a good crunch. Yum!
Pre-heat oven to 180c fan, cook the chicken to the pack instructions
Prepare the bread roll, bu cutting down the long edge
Spread over a teaspoon of mayonnaise, and add a few ribbons of carrot and cucumber
next add a few sprigs of the parsley and coriander, then add the chicken once cooled slightly
top the chicken with bean sprouts, a squeeze of lime and some finely sliced spring onion and a few more sprigs of the herbs. And enjoy!
