Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.
In a large mixing bowl add the chicken wings and Homepride sauce and mix well. Place on a non-stick baking tray with greaseproof and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile simmer the potato wedges in salted water for approx. 8 minutes. Drain well then season with salt and pepper, add the oil and place on a non-sticking baking tray and cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
Time for the coleslaw, this can be done in advanced and stored in the fridge if preferred. In a bowl add the grated carrot, white cabbage, onion and mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the chicken wings are cooked through thoroughly and wedges are nice and crispy, serve with the coleslaw. Suggestion: Serve with mixed salad.
