  • 75g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces

    Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a small pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Heat for 3 minutes until the chocolate has melted, stirring occasionally. Dip the bottom half of the strawberry in the chocolate, then place on a sheet lined with greaseproof paper to firm up.
