- 566 g pork cocktail sausages
- 3 tbsp fruit marmalade
- 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp fresh cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Place the sausages in a single layer in a large roasting tin. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the marmalade, cranberry sauce, honey and fresh cranberries together in a bowl, then pour over the sausages, stirring well to coat. Cook for a further 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until sticky and golden.
Garnish with orange zest to serve.
Cook’s tip: for a dip with a difference to serve with the sausages, heat Sainsbury’s luxury mashed potato in the microwave and stir through a little wholegrain mustard.
