Ingredients
- 40ml Pisco
- 10ml melon liqueur
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 125ml sorrel juice
- 1 honeydew melon, thinly sliced

Put all ingredients apart from the melon in a shaker and shake with cubed ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with the a melon slice.
