- 8 slices wholemeal bread
- dairy spread
- 50 g Greek salad cheese
- 110 g mild cheese, grated
- 0.5 bunch spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 250 g tomatoes, sliced
Spread the bread slices with dairy spread. In a bowl, mix together the Greek salad cheese, mild cheese, spring onions and mayonnaise.
Divide the mixture among 4 of the bread slices. Top each with tomato slices and the remaining bread, and cut into quarters.
