Ingredients

  • 8 slices wholemeal bread
  • dairy spread
  • 50 g Greek salad cheese
  • 110 g mild cheese, grated
  • 0.5 bunch spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 250 g tomatoes, sliced

Method

    Spread the bread slices with dairy spread. In a bowl, mix together the Greek salad cheese, mild cheese, spring onions and mayonnaise.

    Divide the mixture among 4 of the bread slices. Top each with tomato slices and the remaining bread, and cut into quarters.
