- 4 Butcher's Choice pork sausages
- 4 white pittas
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- half a romaine lettuce
- 200 g tomatoes, cut into wedges
Cook the sausages following pack instructions, then let cool.
Meanwhile, split open the pittas along one edge to make a pocket and spread with the mayonnaise.
Fill each with lettuce and a sliced sausage, then cut in half and serve with the tomato wedges.
