- 1 thick slice white bread, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 slice British honey-roasted ham, torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 green pepper, deseeded and diced
- 2 medium free-range eggs, beaten
- 10 g mature British cheddar, grated
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and season with black pepper.
Tip the mixture into a microwave-safe cup or mug and microwave on medium-low power (300W) for 5 minutes, checking after 3 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute, then eat straight from the cup.
