- 100 g pecan nuts
- 100 g macadamia nut halves
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scant tsp sea salt flakes
- 0.25 tsp crushed dried chilli flakes
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6 and line a baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Put the nuts on the tray and roast for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, drizzle over the maple syrup and sprinkle over the sea salt and chilli flakes.
Mix well then return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool, then tip into a bowl to serve.
