- 8 slice slice of wholemeal bread
- sunflower spread
- 100 g Sainsbury's basics soft cheese
- 225 g tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 60 g British cooked ham
- 200 g carrots, peeled and cut into batons
- 200 g Sainsbury's basics houmous
Spread 8 slices of bread with sunflower spread. Spread 4 of the slices with soft cheese and top with the tomatoes and ham. Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut in half.
Plate up with the carrot batons and a dollop of houmous to dip.
