- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 red chilli, washed, deseeded and finely chopped
- 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
- 125 g vine-ripened tomatoes, washed and chopped
Mash the flesh of the avocados in a bowl. Add the lime juice, garlic and cumin and mix well.
Season with freshly ground black pepper then stir in the chilli, red onion and tomatoes.
