- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 ml soured cream
- 100 ml crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Roughly chop the garlic, then crush to a fine paste with a pestle and mortar.
Put the soured cream, crème fraîche, chives and garlic in a food processor and whizz until smooth.
Stir in the lemon juice and some freshly ground black pepper. Serve with crudités or warm pitta bread.
