• 26 crackers
  • 13 chorizo slices, sliced through the middle
  • 125g goat's cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
  • 78 capers

    Place the crackers on a serving board and fold the sliced chorizo in half to form a hat. Place one piece on top of each cracker.

    Put the goat's cheese in a piping bag and pipe a white rim across the edge of the chorizo, then pipe on a beard and a dot on the top of the hat.

    Place celery slices on top of the beard to form a moustache. Use the capers to make eyes and a nose.
