- 26 Ritz crackers
- 13 chorizo slices (from a 15 slice pack), sliced through the middle
- 125 g pack Abergavenny goats' cheese, at room temperature
- 78 capers
- 1 celery stick thinly sliced
Place the crackers on a serving board and fold the sliced chorizo in half to form a hat. Place on top of Ritz cracker.
Put the goats' cheese in a piping bag and pipe a white rim across the edge of the chorizo, then pipe a dot on the top of the hat.
Pipe a beard on and place celery slices on top to form a moustache, then use the capers to make eyes and a nose.
