Ready-made pitta bread, hot Cajun spice mix and smoky paprika make these crunchy homemade pitta chips the ultimate easy snack recipe. Dip into a big bowl of houmous or store in an airtight container for up to a week and munch on them whenever hunger strikes
Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Cut the pitta breads into small triangles, then toss with the Cajun spice mix, smoked paprika and olive oil.
Cook in a single layer on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until crisp.
