• 40g rolled oats
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 100g strawberries, hulled
  • 100g banana
  • 100g raspberries
  • 50g Greek yoghurt
  • 500ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp runny honey, to your taste

    Place the oats, kiwi fruit, strawberries, banana, raspberries, yoghurt and milk in a blender. Replace the lid tightly – you don’t want it flying off halfway through – then blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk to loosen it or more oats to thicken it.
