• Honey
  • 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50ml sloe gin
  • Henry Westons Vintage Rose Cider

    First, make your honey, rosemary, and vanilla syrup by warming equal amounts of water and honey in your saucepan, adding in a sprig or two of rosemary, and heating until the mixture begins to simmer. Let it bubble away for 5 minutes, remove the pan to cool, and then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract

    Next, add a generous amount of ice to your glass, pour in 50ml of sloe gin and 15ml of your syrup, and stir.

    Top with a good glug of Henry Westons Vintage Rose Cider and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
