• 2 sweet potatoes
  • 5 broccoli florets
  • A handful of grated Cheddar

    Peel the sweet potato and cut into small chunks. Steam over boiling water. A few minutes before the end of cooking time, add the broccoli florets to the steamer and continue to steam until tender.

    Blend until smooth. Add the cheese, stir through and serve.
