• 900 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

    Steam the broccoli over a pan of boiling water for 7-10 minutes until tender.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with the sesame oil until combined. Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
