Ingredients

  • 2 kg Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1 kg celeriac, peeled and chopped
  • 90 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g unsalted butter

Method

    Put the potatoes and celeriac in a pan of water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until tender.

    Drain, then mash with the milk and butter. Serve.
