- 2 kg Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 kg celeriac, peeled and chopped
- 90 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30 g unsalted butter
Put the potatoes and celeriac in a pan of water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until tender.
Drain, then mash with the milk and butter. Serve.
