All from the by Sainsbury's range:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 x 206g twin pack cubetti di pancetta
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 640 g frozen British garden peas, defrosted
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the pancetta for 5-6 minutes, until crisp.
Add the garlic, fry for 1 minute, then add the peas. Fry for 3 minutes, until hot. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
