- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 50g frozen chopped onion
- 2 tsp frozen chopped garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 300g frozen mixed peppers
- 300g frozen very fine whole green beans
Heat the oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the cumin, peppers and beans and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender. Serve.
