- 50 g fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 25 g pine nuts (toasted, if you wish)
- 40 g grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Put the basil leaves in a food processor with the garlic and pine nuts.
Blitz for a few seconds, then add the cheese and oil and blitz again until you have a spoonable paste.
