- 6 Taste the Difference clementines, peeled
- 3 avocados, halved and de-stoned
- 112.5 g pack Sainsbury's watercress, washed
- 120 g pack Sainsbury's smoked salmon, torn into pieces
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil by Sainsbury's, for drizzling
Slice each clementine horizontally into thirds. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from each avocado half and slice evenly.
Toss the clementines and avocado with the watercress and scatter on a plate. Top with the salmon. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkle on freshly ground black pepper.
