• 80g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave nectar or honey

    Tip the raspberries into a jar or bowl and mash gently with the back of a spoon until soft. Add the chia seeds and agave nectar and mix well. Pop the jam into the fridge and leave to set for about five minutes – this will allow the chia seeds to soften.
