Berries can be slightly sharp but the bread helps to balance out the flavours in this raspberry and orange summer purée, perfect for stage 2 weaning (after six months)
Wash the raspberries and pop in a small saucepan, along with the orange zest and juice.
Remove the crusts from the bread, tear it into pieces and add to the pan. Heat gently for 5 mins, until warmed through and the bread has dissolved. Use a wooden spoon to press into a purée.
