Ingredients

  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 ml Taste the Difference Irish cream liqueur
  • 150 ml brandy
  • nutmeg

Method

    In a pan, heat the milk, cream and vanilla for 2 minutes. Stir in the liqueur and leave to cool.

    Add the brandy and a few ice cubes, strain into tumblers and serve.
