• 300g Taste the Difference raw jumbo king prawns
  • ½ tsp vegetable oil
  • 150g salsa by Sainsbury’s
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, to garnish

    Pat the king prawns dry with kitchen paper. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and when hot add the oil. Season the prawns and add to the pan, toss well and cook very quickly for four minutes, or until pink.

    Pour in the salsa, and simmer for 2 minutes, or until piping hot. Spoon into a dish and serve scattered with black pepper and parsley.
