• 4 Taste the Difference lamb chops
  • 4 tbsp freshly chopped mint
  • 35g white farmhouse bread, broken into very small pieces

    Preheat the oven to 200 ºC, 180 ºC, Gas 6. Blitz the bread with the mint until fine crumbs have formed

    Dip each chop in the herby crust. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes. For an extra crispy finish,  grill the lamb for a couple of minutes until golden.
