• 300g cooked king prawns
  • 180g lentil sprout mix
  • 100g fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 80g watercress
  • 2 tbsp French dressing

    Drain the prawns and pat dry with kitchen paper. Tip into a large bowl and add the lentil sprout mix. Stir carefully and fold in the pomegranate and watercress.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
