Preheat oven to 180c and cook the plant pioneer burger patties as per the instructions on the pack
Whilst the burgers are cooking prepare the slaw. In a bowl combine the shredded red and white cabbage, sliced carrot and apple along with the almond cream cheese
When the burgers have 10 minutes remaining in the oven, cook the vacon rasher as per instructions on the back
Assemble the burgers by spreading the vegan mayonnaise on both sides of each burger bun
Add the rocket leaves and sliced tomato
Next add the cooked plant pioneer burger and then vacon rashers. Top with the slaw and then the other half of the bun. Enjoy!
