Put the wholewheat bran flakes into a jug with the reduced-fat soya milk. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then add the diced ripe mango and the orange and passionfruit juice; whiz with a hand blender until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
Cook's tip: if you can't find pure passionfruit juice use a pre-mixed orange and passionfruit juice cocktail instead
