    Place one wholemeal flatbread in the toaster, gently warm (do not fully toast)

    Gently open the flatbread, spread 2 tbsp of houmous onto the bottom surface, then 2 tbsp of tzatziki on top of the houmous

    Scatter a third of a pack of the Sainsbury's bulgar and butternut salad on top of the tzatzki and houmous and drizzle with the green harissa dressing. Enjoy as a summer open sandwich or cut into quarters for picnic sharing
