Marshmallow angels
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix to form a thick, smooth paste. Spoon a little of the icing on to the wider base of 20 of the marshmallows. Top each marshmallow with the second to create a body and head.
For the eyes, position dragees on the mallows using a dot of icing and a little more icing to stick small lengths of strawberry lace on to the face for a mouth.
Leave to set for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, flatten a paper case. Cut in half, then fold each half in half again. Cut a wavy line around the edge of the case. Now cut this half in half again to form a pair of wings.
Take a mallow angel and trim the back with scissors to create a flat area. Spread a little of the icing over and position the wings on the icing. Spray with a little shimmer spray and then leave to set and harden for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Arrange your angels on the tree branches.
