- 4 turkey breast fillet portions, (around 500g) cut into large chunks
- 8 pork cocktail sausages
- 6 rashers unsmoked streaky bacon, halved widthways
- 12 ready-to eat dried prunes
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Place the turkey pieces in a roasting tray with the cocktail sausages.
Wrap the bacon around the prunes and secure with a cocktail stick. Add to the tray with the rosemary and garlic.
Roast for 35-40 mins, draining the juices once or twice during the cooking time. Serve with cranberry sauce.
