Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan and cook the shallots, chillies, ginger, garlic and five spice for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the broccoli and stir well to coat in the spices, then add a splash of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is just tender.
Remove the lid and add the soy sauce, fish sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Cook for 1 minute, then add the prawns and noodles.
Stir well to combine and cook until the noodles and prawns have heated through. Divide between four bowls and serve sprinkled with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
