- 8 slice wholemeal bread
- butter or vegetable spread
- 0.5 round lettuce
- 90 g British mild Cheddar, grated
- 70 g wafer thin honey roast ham
- 200 g carrots, peeled and cut into batons
- 325 g apples, cored and cut in wedges
Spread the slices of bread with butter or vegetable spread.
Top 4 slices of bread with lettuce leaves, grated Cheddar and honey roast ham. Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut each sandwich into quarters.
Serve with carrot batons and apple wedges.
