- 3 skinless chicken breasts
- 5 ml olive oil
- 4 slices of malt loaf
- 1 stick of celery
- 40 g red grapes
- 100 ml natural yogurt (optional)
- juice of half an orange (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Cut the skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and fry with a little oil for 10 minutes. Skewer the chicken randomly with cubed malt loaf, chunks of celery and red grapes.
If desired, mix 100ml natural yogurt with the juice of half an orange and a teaspoon of honey to create a dipping sauce (do not give honey to children under 1 year old).
