Put the beans into a small saucepan and stir in the cumin. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the flavour has infused, before allowing to cool slightly.
CHILDREN: Mix the cooled beans with the spinach. Spread this on to a wrap before topping with the cooked chicken and sliced peppers. Crumble over the feta and finish with slices of avocado.
Roll up tightly and cut in half to serve. If making ahead, wrap in clingfilm and store in the fridge overnight before transferring to a chilled lunchbox.
