- 1 wrap
- 1 avocado, stoned and mashed
- 50 g cooked chicken breast slices
- handful cherry tomatoes, halved, plus a few extra to serve
- Cucumber and carrot batons, to serve
Spread the wrap all over with the mashed avocado.
Top with the chicken breast slices and cherry tomato halves.
Tightly roll the wrap, then cut in half on the diagonal. Serve with the extra cherry tomato halves and some cucumber and carrot batons on the side.
