Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 0.25 swede

Method

    Peel and chop the carrot and swede. Place in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 mins until tender.

    Using a hand-held blender, blitz until smooth.
