- 4 basics potatoes
- 2 tins baked beans in tomato sauce by Sainsbury's
- 90 g British mild Cheddar by Sainsbury's, finely grated
- 120 g raisins
Preheat the oven to 200ºC, 180ºC fan, gas 6.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut a cross in the top of each. Bake on a baking sheet for 55 minutes, or until cooked through.
In the last five minutes, heat the beans in a pan. Then, gently squeeze the potatoes to open the tops, and fill with beans and grated cheese.
Round off your lunch with a portion of raisins.
