Boil the sushi rice. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes before putting it in the bowl. Add rice vinegar.
In the meantime slice the carrot and beetroots. Take out the edamame beans and corn.
Divide the veggies, houmous and guacemole in the bowl on top of the rice.
Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes and add them to your bowl.
Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
