• 225g leftover Christmas pudding
  • 500ml vanilla ice cream
  • 25ml brandy

    Crumble the Christmas pudding into rough chunks. Place in a non-stick frying pan and cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

    Divide the ice cream into four bowls.

    Pour the brandy over the pudding in the pan and immediately ignite. Wait until the flame has extinguished, then top the ice cream with the flambéed pudding. Serve immediately.
