• 1 Uncle Ben's wholegrain egg fried rice
  • 180g fresh king prawns
  • 100g mange tout, halved
  • ½ red chilli, finely sliced
  • Thumb sized piece of ginger, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • A handful of coriander, roughly chopped
  • 10ml soy sauce
  • A handful of cashew nuts

    Drizzle a little olive oil into a hot frying pan, then add the king prawns, once they start to turn pink add the mange tout, red chilli, garlic and ginger.

    Once the mange tout becomes tender and the king prawns are golden add the soy sauce, Uncle Ben's classic long grain and wild rice, coriander and the cashew nuts. Once the rice is piping hot serve.
