Ham, cream cheese and tomato sandwich
Prep the whole family a quick and easy lunchtime snack
Spread 8 slices of bread with sunflower spread. Spread 4 of the slices with soft cheese and top with the tomatoes and ham. Top with the remaining slices of bread and cut in half.
Plate up with the carrot batons and a dollop of houmous to dip.
