• 200 g green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 140 g Brussels sprouts, washed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil by Sainsbury's
  • 2 spring onions, washed, trimmed and finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped

    Cut the green beans into 3 pieces. Trim the Brussels sprouts and shred into thin strips.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the spring onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the beans and sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
